The Country Forge Studio has been producing wrought iron products for your home and garden for over 15 years. Still using coal and hand forging the steel on our many anvils we pride on making our visions one of a kind and never duplicating a customer’s end product. We are pleased to have opened a sattelite studio in the Livery at the Alton Mill complete with its own forge for on-site demonstrations and specialty work.
Our products range from wrought iron gates, railings, candle holders, pot racks, floor vents, benchs, arbors and much more. Each piece is hand forged to make it unique and one of a kind. Styles range from traditional to modern.

The Country Forge is run by Ray and Robyn Schindler. Robyn helps to create the custom designs and Ray does the actual forging either in his studio at their farm near Fergus Ontario, or at the forge in Alton.
