The Alton Mill Arts Centre welcomes new tenant Anne Saint Amour. Anne's art presents a variety of expressionist landscapes citing nature as one of her strongest influences. She says "Art that incites viewer participation through emotional responses and evokes so many sensibilities is that and so much more...."
