About
Kay is an inspiration to all that come to visit her at the Historic Alton Mill. She has lived in the Orangeville area for the last 40 years, raised 4 children, and operated her own successfull drapery business for the last 20 years. Her interest in art however began at a very early age as her mother was a very talented artist. Over the years Kay still managed to study with many different artists developing her own personal, colourful and realistic style. Time for painting full time finally came in her 70th year while still volunteering at the local theatre. Now in her 80s, Kay continues to
paint wonderful portraits, landscapes, wildlife, and welcomes commissions and custom orders.Visit Kay in studio 216!
