About
Shannah comes from a long tradition of dress making. Two great-grandmothers were creative and innovative seamstresses and the craft has been passed down in the family. Her mother, after whom she is named, taught her daughter the craft, ensuring the family traditions continued. From the time Shannah started designing and sewing in her early teens, she has known what she wanted to do. Several trips to Scotland strengthened her interest in early Celtic & Pictish cultures and this influence can be seen in her designs.
